URINE OF THE COW and DUNG
It is mentioned in Manusmriti, Chapter 11, Shalok 212.
“Mix up and drink the urine of cow, dung, milk, ghee and water; and then keep a fast on the following day which is known as ‘Santapan Karchhar’. If one takes each of the things on each day individually and then keeps the fast on the seventh day, then it is known as ‘Saha Sant Panchhar.”
