SHAMELESSNESS OF THE CURSED WASEEM RIZVI
The cursed Waseem Rizvi writes in his book on Page No 86 very shamelessly that..
“It is allowed to have sexual intercourse with mother”.
He further writes that there aren’t any penal provisions in Islamic Code of Laws for such acts. He quotes the reference of Fatawa Qazi Khan to support his writing. Let’s read at the outset the text of Fatawa Qazi Khan which will help you gauge the ignorance of the cursed Waseem Rizvi.

Translation: If someone commits sexual intercourse with the wife of his father, then that woman stands forbidden for his father. And if his son declares that I had already known it to have been forbidden for me then the Islamic stipulated provisions of punishment would be invoked on him. However, if the son wasn’t aware that that woman is the wife of his father and, consequently, married and had sexual intercourse with her inadvertently, then the Islamic stipulated provisions of punishment would not be invoked on him”.
Respected Readers! You have already read the translation. Now, I am going to present its interpretation to you. If someone knowingly married the wife of his father and had sexual intercourse also, then the Islamic stipulated provisions of punishment would be applicable to him. Its punishment is to hit him hundred whips subject to the condition that he is not already married. Besides, if he is already married, then he will be killed by stone pelting. Furthermore, if he didn’t know that she is the wife of my father and, consequently, he married her and had sexual intercourse with her inadvertently, then the said punishment would not be imposed on him. Let’s try to understand this matter with an illustration. For instance, someone’s father went to another town and married a woman there. Then, he returned to his home town. After some time, his son went to the same town and that woman declared to him that I am unmarried to conceal her marriage. Consequently, his son married her without any knowledge that that woman is already the wife of his father. Hence, under such circumstances, the Islamic stipulated provisions of punishments will not be imposed on him.
