REFERENCE OF MANUSMRITI
The cursed Waseem Rizvi writes in his book on Page No 86 that “Sexual intercourse is allowed with mother”. He further writes as follows:
“Fatawa Qazi Khan mentionsthat there are no punitive provisions embodied in the Islamic Laws and Legislations for what is unlawful in Islam; these are: To marry the sister of one’s wife, to marry one’s mother or to marry a woman who had already been married. All these phenomena are permitted in Islam”.
Respected Readers! The cursed Waseem Rizvi has extended his presentation of lies even to the extent of presenting the Islamic Laws also as wrong. At the outset, I am going to present the Arabic text of the Fatawa Qazi followed by its interpretation; which will help you understand the genuine substance of that Arabic text and, on the contrary, what the cursed Waseem Rizvi has misunderstood about it. If someone reads ‘IMLAA’ instead of ‘IMLEE’, it will render its meaning absolutely upside down because ‘IMLEE’ grows on a tree whereas ‘IMLAA’ concens with the pen and paper which means ‘Dictation’. Hence, how is it possible that both mean the same? There are the experts found in the world for each individual faculty of functions who possesses the expertise and mastery over his/her concerned field of work. For instance, The Chief Justice of The Supreme Court, who possesses the highest qualification and intense concerns in the faculty of the judiciary. Hence, if we call upon him for the task of surgery, he would deny it saying it is not my faculty of job. Thus, one possesses the expertise in the concerned field only. Let’s consider the illustration of the cursed Waseem who served as a Chef in Saudi Arabia for some months and, then, served as a leader in India after coming here. But while trying to become a Maulvi, Mulla, Aalim and Mufti, he happened to misunderstand and confuse with the words of ‘IMLAA’ and ‘IMLEE’. Consequently, he declared that in Islam to marry the wife of someone is allowed.
Now, I am going to present the original text of Fatawa Qazi Khan followed by its interpretation.
Fatawa Qazi Khan, Volume One, Kitabun Nikah, Baab Fil Muharramaat
(Chapter ‘Prohibited (Phenomena’), Page No 169, Matbua Hafiz Kutub Khana, Masjid Road, Koita.
لو تزوج بمنکوحۃ الغیر وھو لا یعلم انھا منکوحۃ الغیر فوطئھا تجب العدۃ۔‘‘
Translation: Suppose, someone has wedded with the wife of someone without being aware of herself to have already been the wife of someone and he has had sexual intercourse also with her, then ‘Iddat’ (A period of seclusion) is obligatory”.
Respected Readers! You have already read its translation as above. Now, I am going to interpret it so that its substance can be clear to everyone.
For example, a woman has travelled to Mumbai from Lucknow who said that I am helpless and destitute here. Please, marry me. Consequently, if someone marries her and then enjoys the sexual intercourse also with her; after some days, if her husband comes to Mumbai from Lucknow claiming that she is my wife. Then, ‘Iddat’ (A period of seclusion) is obligatory for her i. e. she can’t have sexual intercourse with the previous husband till the elapse of three Menstrual Cycles because the second husband has already had the sexual intercourse with her. Lest she might have conceived a child by the second husband! If she waits till the completion of three Menstrual Cycles, it would be very clear that she hasn’t conceived any child. If she doesn’t get the Menstrual Cycle in sequence, she would be considered as a pregnant and that child’s father would be the second husband bearing the genealogy of the second husband. Such incidents may or may not take place. If it happens, such is its solution. Let it be kindly known that the original Arabic text starts with the word ‘LU’ which means ‘If’; and, therefore, if the word ‘If’ is used to apply a condition to something, (IDHAA FAAT….), then that particular conditional situation will automatically lapse if that condition lapses. But, the illiterate cursed Waseem Rizvi couldn’t understand the word of condition at all. Let me explain to you with the help of an illustration. If someone says that if the cursed Waseem Rizvi has committed a theft of something, its punishment would be an imprisonment for him. Here, none would conclude that the cursed Waseem Rizvi has committed a theft or an act of theft is allowed for him. But, the cursed Waseem Rizvi misunderstands it as he has already committed the theft and the act of theft is allowed for him. Similarly, Fatawa Qazi Khan mentions a General Law of the Land but the cursed Waseem Rizvi has utterly failed to understand. Consequently, he has fearlessly written in his book that it is allowed in Islam to marry the wife of someone. The holy Quran dictates in Surah Nisa VAL MOHSANAT…..
Married women are forbidden for you. Then, how is it allowed in Islam to marry the wife of someone? Can the cursed Waseem Rizvi answer to this question? Hence, we can conclude that the cursed Waseem Rizvi has either misunderstood the Islamic Rulings about marrying the wife of someone or has deliberately hatched out a conspiracy to malign the Islam religion, in which he has already utterly failed.
The Islam religion has already stipulated the punishments for various crimes. Hence, if it is a heinous crime, its punishment would be correspondingly serious enough. Similarly, if the crime is minor enough, its punishment would be suitably minor enough. Besides, the stipulated punishments are indiscriminately equal for all of the civilians, be it rich or poor or younger or elderly man or woman. However, such an equality of punishments is not found in other religions. The cursed Waseem Rizvi needs to study the books of other religions also. He should read the Manu Dharm Shashtra, Chapter 8, Shalok 275 very meticulously in which it is mentioned that…
“If anyone spits on a person of elite class, chop off both lips; if he urinates, chop off his genital organ; if he farts to him, chop off his buttocks”.
