Shri Krishna married 16 thousand wives at a time at a single holy moment of time at different places assuming the different faces.

Kasheb Rishi was his disciple who was married with 13 girls of Daksh Prajapati; from whom Aditi, Dati and Vanu were his special wives.

According to Rigveda Saurabhi Rishi married 50 daughters of Raja Madhanta. He was an aged Rishi. He gave birth to 100 children from each of his wives.

King Harshchandra was a son of the king Trishanko who had hundred wives. He was the father of Vasudev Shri Krishna. According to Bhagvat Puran, he had seven wives from whom Devki Bhadra and Rohini were his special queens.

It is proved and revealed in the light of the statements of religious scriptures, religious books as well as historical references that it is allowed even in the Hindu religion also to marry more than one wife and to keep more than one wife at a time all altogether. Such instances are found existing right from the ancient times till now. It is proved from the historical records of the Jews and Christians also that the Apostles of the Children of Israel also used to maintain many wives at a time.
