The cursed Waseem Rizvi mentions in his book on Page 64 with regard to the marriage of Hazrat Aaisha Siddiqa (Raziyallahu Anha)-The mother of the believers-with Prophet Muhammad (Peace & blessings be on him) which has spoiled and darkened many pages unnecessarily. The cursed Waseem Rizvi has drained out his entire strength after writing about the age of Hazrat Aaisha at the time of marriage and at the time of ‘Rukhsati’ (Departure after marriage for consummation). He has mentioned the references of ‘Mustashriqeen’ (A Western group of persons engaged in detecting the weakness and defects in the Islam religion), references of Sahi Bukhari, references of Tabqat ibne Sa’ad, views of a British author namely William Montgomery, viewpoints of Denis Spill Burg and the guessing of a cleric of Ahmadiya Agitation- Muhammad Ali very cheerfully; whereby he has attempted to prove that her age was 5 years at the time of marriage and 9 years at the time of ‘Rukhsati’ (Departure after marriage for consummation). Hence, the cursed Waseem Rizvi resorted to beating the drums of propaganda on the issue of her age. Consequently, he has alleged Prophet Muhammad (Peace & blessings be on him) of paedophilia in his book on Page No 70 (I SEEK PROTECTION FROM ALLAH). He writes in his book on Page No 73 that…

“Human physiology hasn’t been changed for the last two lakh years. The human fetus reaches its maturity in the 9 months itself irrespective of his/her species. All girls reach the age of puberty at the age of 13 years. All these physiological data haven’t seen any updates in the last two lakh years. Hence, a girl of 9 years of age is no more than a girl itself either in Africa or Alaska or Arab”.

Thus, he has already spoiled numerous pages in writing such stupid matters.

Let’s discuss this topic very concretely. Now, let me retort to the cursed Waseem Rizvi in the light of Ahadith, History, Medicines, Fiqah and the current scenarios so that no scope shall be left to point the finger on the issue of the marriage of Hazrat Aaisha (Raziyallahu Anha)- Mother of all believers.

Let’s read about the age of Hazrat Aaisha-The Mother of all Believers- at the time of her marriage and ‘Rukhsati’ (Departure after marriage for consummation).

Sahih Bukhari, Volume Three, Page No 82, Kitabun Nikah, Hadith No 144.

’’حَدَّثَنَا قَبِیْصَۃُ بْنُ عُقْبَۃَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْیَانُ عَنْ ھِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَۃَ عَنْ  عُرْوَۃَ تَزَوَّجَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ عَائِشَۃَ وَھِیَ بِنْتُ سِتِّ سِنِیْنَ وَبَنَی بِھَا وَھِیَ بِنْتُ تِسْعٍ وَمَکَثَتْ عِنْدَہُ تِسْعًا۔‘

Translation: Urva narrates that when Prophet Muhammad (Peace & blessings be on him) married Hazrat Aaisha Siddiqa (Raziyallahu Anha), her age was 6 years; her age was 9 years at the time of sexual intercourse with her; and she lived with him for 9 years”.

Let’s read the Hadith related to her ‘Rukhsati’ (Departure after marriage for consummation) also to the place of Prophet Muhammad (Peace & blessings be on him).

Sahih Bukhari, Volume Three, Page No 83, Kitabun Nikah, Hadith No 146

’’حَدَّثَنِیْ فَرْوَۃُ بْنُ أَبِی الْمَغْرَائِ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِیُّ بْنُ مُسْھِرٍ عَنْ ھِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِیْہِ عَنْ عَائِشَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا قَالَتْ تَزَوَّجَنِی النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَتَتْنِیْ أُمِّیْ فَأَدْخَلَتْنِی الدَّارَ فَلَمْ یَرُعْنِیْ إِلَّا رَسُوْلُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ضُحًی۔‘‘

Translation: “The Mother of Believers- Hazrat Aaisha Siddiqa says that when I was privileged to be the wife of Prophet Muhammad (Peace & blessings be on him), my respected mother took me to a small hut and made me enter into it. I was worried only because the Messenger of Allah (Peace & blessings be on him) arrived at the time of Chast Namaz”.

Tabqat Ibne Sa’ad, Volume 8, Page No 82

“The mother of all believers-Hazrat Aaisha Siddiqa (Raziyallahu Anha) says that Prophet Muhammad (Peace & blessings be on him) married me 10 years after the proclamation of his Prophethood and 3 years before the migration. I was six years old at that time. He migrated to Madeena Munavvar; and I went through the ‘Rukhsati’ (Departure after marriage for consummation) in the eighth month of migration when I was 9 years old.”

Accepting the age of 9 years of the mother of all believers- Hazrat Aaisha (Raziyallahu Anha) at the time of ‘Rukhsati’ (Departure after marriage for consummation), I am going to present my inquiry and study about it here. It is mentioned in a renowned book of Fiqah (Islamic Jurisprudence), Fatawa Qazi Khan, Volume One, Kitabun Nikah, Baab Fil Muharramaat, Page No 167 that at the age of 9 years, the girls attain adulthood being inclined to sex. It is stated as follows..

’’ابنۃ خمس سنین لم تبلغ واما ابنۃ ست او سبع او ثمانی ان کانت عبلتہ ضخمۃ فقد بلغت حد الشھوۃ۔‘‘

Translation: “Girls of five years of age don’t attain the level of sexual inclination; they reach the level of sexual inclination at the age of six or seven or eight or beyond that age”.
