Surah Nisa, Verse No 223

’’نساءکم حرث لکم فاتوا حرثکم آنی شئتم۔‘‘

Translation: Your wives are your tilth; go, then into your tilth as you wish”.

The cause of revelation of the above verse mentioned in Tafsire Kabir is that the Jews of Arab used to believe that whoever has sexual intercourse with his wife on the front side from the back position, a squint eyes child will be born. The same was the conviction of the general Arab also. Once Hazrat Umar (Raziyallahu Anhu) appeared to the service of Prophet Muhammad (Peace & blessings be on him) and asked: O, Messenger of Allah! I am ruined because I do sexual intercourse on the front side from the back. Then, the above verse was revealed in which it is decreed that one is allowed to do the sexual intercourse from every direction subject to the condition that it must be the front side.

It is mentioned in the above verse that your wives are your tilth; which means they are a source of the expansion of your progeny. Hence, it is very apparent that the front side itself is a tilth and not the back side. It is proved from this verse that it is not allowed to have sexual intercourse from the back side. However, it is allowed to have sexual intercourse on the front side from the back position.

The cursed Waseem Rizvi has hit a very great stroke of misunderstanding that “Sodomy is allowed with the wife”. In fact, he has failed to understand its implications. Now, let me produce the Hadith related to Umar.

Adurrul Mansur, Volume 1, Page No 635

’’اخرج النسائی والطبرانی وابن مردویہ عن ابی النضر انہ قال لنافع مولی ابن عمر انہ قد اکثر علیک القول انک تقول عن ابن عمر انہ افتی ان یوتی النساء فی ادبارھن قال کذبوا علی۔‘‘

Translation: Ibne Mardaviyah narrates it from Abunnajn that he had told Naafe, who is a freed slave of Ibne Umar, that it is told referring to you that you tell that this ‘Fatwa’ (Islamic Ruling) is passed by Umar that we can have sexual intercourse with the wife from the back. Thereupon, Naafe replied that people have levelled a false allegation to me”.

Ad-durrul Mansur, Volume 1, Page No 637.

’’فان الحارث بن یعقوب یروی عن ابی الحباب سعید بن یسار انہ سال ابن عمر فقال یاابا عبدالرحمٰن انا نشتری الجواری افنحمض لھن قال وما التحمیض فذکر لہ الدبر فقال ابن عمر اف اف ایفعل ذلک مسلم۔‘‘

Translation: “Saeed bin Yasar narrates that he asked Ibne Umar as: O, Abu Abdurrahman! (A nickname of Ibne Umar), we buy a female- slave to do ‘Tahmiz’ with her. Ibne Umar replied: What is ‘Tahmiz’? He talked about sexual intercourse from back. Thereupon, Ibne Umar said: AF AF…. Very sad; very sad! Should any Muslim do it?”

Now, how can the cursed Waseem Rizvi mention such an act lawful whereas Ibne Umar says that very sad, very sad! Should any Muslim do it?”

Allama Jalaluddin Suyuti writes in Adurrul Mansur with the reference of Baihaki. Adurrul Mansur, Volume 1, Page No 634.

’’عن ابن مسعود قال قال النبی صلے اللہ علیہ وسلم محاشّ النساء علیکم حرام۔‘‘

Translation: It is reported by Ibne Masood that Prophet Muhammad (Peace & blessings be on him) said: Anus of women is forbidden for you”.

Hence, how come it is justified for the liar and cursed Waseem Rizvi to say that the Messenger permits the anal sexual intercourse.

Tafsire Adurrul Mansur, Volume One, Page No 634.

’’اخرج البیھقی عن قتادہ فی الذی یاتی امراتہ فی دبرھا قال حدثنی عقبہ بن وشاح ان ابا الدرداء قال لا یفعل ذلک الا کافر۔‘‘

Translation: This Hadith is extracted by Baihaki from Qataada that any man who commits sexual intercourse into the back, then who can commit such an act other than an infidel? It is said by Qataada; to whom this Hadith was reported by Uqbaah bin Vashaah to whom it was narrated by Abu Darda.

Tirmizi, Volume One, Page No 597, Abvaburraaz’a, Hadith No 1164

’’حَدَّثَنَا قُتَیْبَۃُ وَغَیْرُ وَاحِدٍ قَالُوْا حَدَّثَنَا وَکِیْعٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِکِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ وَھُوَ ابْنُ سَلَّامٍ عَنْ أَبِیْہِ عَنْ عَلِیٍّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا فَسَا أَحَدُکُمْ فَلْیَتَوَضَّأْ وَلَا تَأْتُوا النِّسَائَ فِیْ أَعْجَازِھِنَّ۔‘‘

Translation: “Hazrat Ali (Raziyallahu Anhu) is reported to have been said by Prophet Muhammad (Peace & blessings be on him) that: When any you farts, has to make ‘Wudhu’ (Ablution); and don’t have sexual intercourse into the anus of women”.

Tirmizi, Volume One, Page No 597, Abvaaburrazaa’, Hadith No 1165

’’حَدَّثَنَا أَبُوْ سَعِیْدٍ الْأَشَجُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُوْ خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ عَنْ الضَّحَّاکِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ مَخْرَمَۃَ بْنِ سُلَیْمَانَ عَنْ کُرَیْبٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا یَنْظُرُ اللہُ إِلَی رَجُلٍ أَتَی رَجُلًا أَوْ امْرَأَۃً فِی الدُّبُرِ۔‘‘

Translation: “Hazrat Ibne Abbas (Raziyallahu Anhu) is reported to have been said by Prophet Muhammad (Peace & blessings be on him) that: Allah doesn’t look with the Sight of Mercy at a man who commits an unnatural act with any man or woman”.

Respected Readers! Now, you have to conclude justly regarding the commandment of Islam pertaining to the act of sodomy. It is substantially proved here that the Islam religion, the holy Quran and Hadith stringently forbids the act of sodomy. It is condemned. Now, I expect that all these references must be adequately convincing to the mentality of the cursed Waseem Rizvi; and he must have now understood that the act of sodomy is not lawful in Islam.

In fact, the cursed Waseem Rizvi should have studied the scripture of Manudharm also.

It is mentioned in Manudharm Scripture, Chapter 11, Shalok 174 that:

“Anyone who commits sodomy with any animal or a woman, has sexual intercourse in the water or has sexual intercourse with a woman while being in the monthly menstruation time, then he has to perform ‘Santapan Karchhar’ (i.e. As a result of offering Santapan Karchhar, his sin will be compensated for; The Author Aasi).

Let’s understand what is called ‘Santapan Karchhar’.
