INTRODUCTION

DISRESPECT TO THE PROPHET-HOOD, SEDITION OF APOSTASY; AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MUSLIMS.

Allah, the Almighty, continued the mechanism of sending the Apostles and Messengers for the guidance and right path of mankind; who, after arrival in the world, imparted the teachings of “Shariah” (Islamic Jurisprudence) of Allah, the Almighty, in order to salvage the stranded mankind from the deception and misguidance of “Shaitan” (Devils); and, consequently, drew them towards the Oneness of the Lord Who is radically Singular without any partner of Him. The arrival of these absolutely sacred personalities persisted right from Hazrat Aadam (Alaihis Salam) till the last and final Prophet, the mercy for the whole of humanity, the seal of Prophet-hood, the beloved to the Lord of both the worlds, Mustafa, the epitome of mercy, Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (Peace & blessings be on him). Then, Allah, the Almighty, sealed the arrival of Prophet on the last and final Messenger and declared it very clearly in His blessed scripture as follows…

Translation: Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but is the Messenger of Allah and the seal of the prophets. And Allah has perfect knowledge of all things.

(Surah Ahzab, Verse: 40)

Similarly, the beloved Messenger (Peace & blessings be on him) also declared it very clearly in his blessed Hadith that….

ANA KHATAMUNNABIYYIN LA NABIY BAA’ADI

Hence, even after such flagrant declarations, certain unfortunate Muslims emerged in the world on whom the “Shaitan” (Devils) gripped their dominance and, resultantly, they plunged into such deepest pit of misguidance that they were clutched by the evil designs of the persons who falsely claimed the Prophet-hood; which led them to the sedition of apostasy. However, the sacred Qur’an & Ahadith of the Messenger of Allah (Peace & blessings be on him) had already predicted, informed and cautioned the nation of Muhammad (Peace & blessings be on him) on each and every step of life pertaining to the ensuing sedition of apostasy in the eras to come; but those, in whose destiny there was no true guidance, have already got plunged into the deep layers of darkness of misguidance and apostasy. They used to recite the holy Qur’an but it didn’t go down their throat as a means of guidance; they used to get enlightened and rejoiced by the brilliance of the Ahadith of the Messenger of Allah (Peace & blessings be on him); but the darkness of ignorance didn’t quit them at all. Consequently, some persons falsely claimed the Prophet-hood; and some persons did even obey those liars which led to the utter ruin of their life in the world and the Hereafter. Besides, there were and would be certain persons who hurled and will hurl the humiliation to the Majesty &Honour of Allah, the Almighty or at least favored such humiliators. Furthermore, there were certain persons who denied the status &honour of the beloved Messenger of Allah (Peace & blessings be on him). But such liars &defiant are being defeated in each and every era of time by those true believers; and consequently, they exposed the honour& truth of the Apostles and Messengers of Allah to the world at large. Moreover, they flagrantly presented to the world the messages of the holy Qur’an, the commandments & Sunnat of the Islam religion.

There exists an exhaustive list of the warriors of Islam who strived enormously to chase after the liars &defiant to destroy them who committed the tampering with the status &honour of the Messenger of Islam, Janab Muhammadur Rasoolullah (Peace & blessings be on him). Such warriors of Islam exhibited such love and intimacy with our Prophet Muhammad (Peace & blessings be on him) that they sacrificed their lives, wealth, children and even their shelters for the sake of protection of the honour of Prophet-hood (Peace & blessings be on him) which, finally, led them to either success or they ruined such immoral humiliators. My spiritual guide and mentor also exhibited his immense passion and pleasure of his ‘Imaan’ by reciting the following “Naat” entered as

“SAFINA-E-BAKHSHISH”

NABI SE JO HO BEGAANA USE DIL SE JUDA KARDEIN

PIDAR, MADAR, BIRADAR, MAAL-V-JAA’N UN PAR FIDA KARDEIN

Allah, the Almighty, has naturally instilled the elements of aggression and sensation in human psychology. Hence, as there are the positive and constructive elements of passion, love, affection and solidarity; on the contrary, there do prevail the negative and destructive elements of hatred, animosity, envy and vengeance also in human psychology. As and when any negative and destructive elements emerged in the human society against the individual or integral feelings and sensation, it is very obvious that the state of disturbances, restlessness, rebellion, chaos and retaliation does appear as a direct reaction to any negative and destructive element. Hence, as and when any humiliation was hurled or any dishonoring action was committed against any beloved and intimate dignitary or any blessed spiritual dignitaries, it is very obvious that the lightings of shock strike on their followers who are always inclined to sacrifice everything for the sake of their love and affection to them. Concurrently, it is also very obvious that they turn out to be extremely restless and writhing which eventually compels them to initiate the befitting actions in their reactions as an instinctive need of hour.

Allah, the Almighty, says in the sacred Qur’an that….

Translation: And to Allah belongs (All) honor, and to His Messenger, and to the believers, but the hypocrites do not know. (SuraH-e-Munaafiqun: Verse: 08)

The Islam religion considers the love and affection to Prophet Muhammad (Peace & blessings be on him) as an indispensable essence of Imaan (Belief in Allah). It is mentioned in Ahadith that when the Messenger of Allah (Peace & blessings be on him) was asked as to what is Imaan. Prophet Muhammad (Peace & blessings be on him) replied that love and affection to your Prophet is Imaan. So, it is humanly very instinctive that one can never tolerate even a hairline degree of humiliation against him or his attributes to whom he loves. Therefore, as soon as Jitendra Tayagi alias the cursed Waseem Rizvi uttered very virulent words against the status &honour of beloved Messenger of Allah, the core of Imaan of the believers and the merciful Mustafa (Peace & blessings be on him) in a form of a book, the liver of every believer was pierced through. Whosoever happened to sight the filthy and humiliating statements of the book of that cursed person couldn’t help but shed the bloody tears. It is because such and so much humiliating statements are mentioned by that cursed man namely Tayagi alias the cursed Waseem Rizvi that are even beyond any imagination. It was necessary to reply to his book which deeply hurt the religious feelings of the believers so that certain innocent believers can be protected from ignorance and irreligiousness. Besides, it was also necessary to present the clean and untarnished image of Prophet Muhammad (Peace & blessings be on him) in front of Non-Muslims.

“Imaan” (Faith in Allah) is such a valuable and palatable asset that once its taste is experienced by the fortunate believers, they would always be prepared to sacrifice anything for the sake of its regular sustenance. They try their level best to safeguard and sustain the honour& status of their Prophet (Peace & blessings be on him) depending upon the prevalent circumstances and times. The “Qazi” (Islamic Jurist) and the Muslim Rulers did invoke the Islamic Rulings against those who dishonored the Prophet-hood in the Islamic Governance; similarly the Muslim Rulers did eliminate such unfortunate persons in accordance with the guidelines given by the clerics of the nation. Hence, we can conclude that the affectionate believers used to conduct the affairs wisely and thoughtfully under the Islamic Rulings and Leadership. They made the humiliators of the status of Prophet-hood realize their worthless positions and, thereby, revived the real Islamic teachings. In the contemporary time, under the democratic system of government, it is highly essential for the Muslims to exercise prudence and pondering over any action. Under the democratic system of governance, whereas it entertains the leniency to others under the shadow of ‘freedom of speech’, it does encourage the anti-Islamic forces also to point the finger of accusations against the Islam religion, Muslims and the blessed Islamic personalities under the same mask of ‘Freedom of Speech’. The current system of government has constrained the hands of faithful believers. Of course, here we are absolutely allowed to practice our religious obligatory deeds but in certain affairs the democratic values and principles bear supremacy over the Islamic laws and legislation.

Amidst such severe circumstances of sedition, the clerics of the nation and community have to discharge double responsibilities that they do have to guide the general Muslims also to establish the supremacy of Islamic commandments, apart from the establishment of fairness and justice by producing the humiliators of the Prophet-hood as guilty in the courts of the present government. It is the only reason that in our country, instead of establishing the Islamic Rulings in accordance with the Islamic commandments against the humiliators of the dignity of Prophet-hood or the blessed religious personalities, the Muslims in our nation attempt to progress on the strength of the basic constitution of our state. From amongst such attempts, it is also an attempt to give a substantial reply to the extremely humiliating book entitled “Muhammad” written by the cursed Waseem Rizvi alias Jitendra Tayagi. Hence, Maulana Ibrahim Aasi Sahab (Principal Jamia Qadriya Ashrafiya, Mumbai) has successfully tried to hurl the most powerful and invincible replies to the alleging book of the cursed Waseem Rizvi alias Jitendra Tayagi. The book entitled “The Great Muhammad” authored by Maulana Ibrahim Aasi and his team as a consequence of tremendous labour is not only worth admiring but also worth following. Hence, the writer of words, Razvi Salim Shahzad and beloved friend Dr Raees Ahmed Rajvi express very solemn and hearty congratulations for discharging the liabilities on behalf of the Muslim Community of the world at large to Sayyad Muin Miya Ashrafi Al Jilani Sahab qibla- “Janashine Makhdoom Simna” (The Successively Served), “Sahibe Sajjada” (Those praying) “Muinul- Mashaikh” (An Aid to the Saints) and Al Haaj Muhammad Saeed Noori Sahab qibla- “Qaide Millat” (The leader of community), “Asire Mufti-e-Aazjam” (Being imprisoned by the affection to great Mufti). Allah, the Almighty, says in the holy Qur’an in Surah Tauba, Verse 24 that..

Translation: “Say, If your fathers and your sons and your brothers and your spouses and your clan and the wealth you have earned and the trade you apprehend will recede and the homes you like are dearer to you than Allah and His Messenger and Jihād in His way, then, wait until Allah comes with His command and Allah doesn’t guide the defiantly disobedient people”.

Commenting on this verse of the holy Qur’an, a leader of the best people, Maulana Sayyed Moinuddin Muradabadi Alaihir rahmah says in his book of Tafsir “Khazainul Irfan” that it is apparently proven from this verse of the holy Qur’an that it is obligatory for the Muslims to tolerate the pains and troubles of the world in order to safeguard the Islam religion. Besides, the worldly attachments are of no significance at all when compared with the obedience to the commandments of Allah and His Messenger; and the love of Allah and His Messenger is a basic essence of “Imaan” (Belief in Allah).

It is invoked that May Allah, the Almighty, grant the acceptance to the service and dedication of Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Ibrahim Aasi Sahab, his whole team of clerics, well to do people and the rest of the aids; and May He cause this service and dedication a cause of attaining the blessings and rewards for them in both the worlds.
